I have Samsung 13 B3 360 13Gi7 16GBN 1TB laptop. One day burning smell came and it stop powering ON. Samsung engineer told me that they replace complete component and don't repair and cost stated was 50% of original laptop cost and as this model became cheaper so cost coming to 65% of new laptop of this same model. Few repair centre said being i7 and new generation laptop components are not available easily & they refuse for repair attempt. One repair centre took hefty inspection charge of Rs 1250 and then said it is not repairable. So before buying new laptop I attempted to check in google search for another repair centre and then I came across newly open Laptronics Laptop Repair Centre (Authorised) Ghatkopar Branch. On their google page there was a photo of motherboard in burned condition and look after repair which lead me to try with them. They stated very minimum Rs 250 as inspection charge which is not to be paid if laptop is repairable and we agree to get it repair. After inspection they called me that it is repairable and shared cost which was 11% of original cost so I agreed. I also ask if after repair attempt if it doesn't Power ON then who will bear IC-Component cost and they said then you just have to pay Rs 250 of inspection charge and nothing else. They took lot of efforts to get components and gave laptop back well in time after through checking. Ghatkopar is their collection branch which is at prominent location near Ghatkopar Railway and Metro station and main repair centre is in Mulund Mumbai Maharashtra.
